V60 Recipe by Foundation Coffee Roasters What you need: 18 g of freshly roasted coffee 260 ml of water at 92°C Medium grind, slightly coarser than sugar Pouring process: 1️⃣ 00:00 — Pour 50 g of water and let the coffee bloom. 2️⃣ 00:30 — Add another 100 g of water using circular pouring motions. 3️⃣ 01:15 — Add the final 150 g, maintaining a steady flow. ⏳ Total brew time: 2:20–2:30 The result — a clean, balanced cup with pronounced sweetness and a pleasant finish.
