Foundation Coffee Roasters Loyalty Program – your opportunity to get more from every purchase. We value your loyalty, which is why we offer a three-tier points system that brings you even more enjoyment from buying your favorite drink.
Loyalty Levels:
- Coffee Lover (3% cashback):
Receive 3% cashback in bonus points from every coffee purchase. - Coffee Enthusiast (5% cashback):
After spending 10,000 UAH on our website or app, you move up to the middle tier and receive 5% cashback. - Coffee Master (7% cashback):
When your total spending reaches 25,000 UAH, you become a Coffee Master and receive 7% cashback.
Earning Points:
- You start at the base level (3% cashback).
- After accumulating 10,000 UAH in purchases on the website or app, you move to the second level.
- Once your total turnover reaches 25,000 UAH, you unlock the highest level.
Using Points:
- Points can be used to pay for up to 50% of your order value.
- Points are credited immediately after payment if you use online payment.
- For cash on delivery orders, points are credited after the order is completed.
Promo Codes & Points:
- Promo codes and points cannot be applied to certain product categories, including exclusive coffee lots, accessories, sweets, equipment, tasting sets, drip bags, and promotional items.
- When placing an order, you can use either a promo code or points.
Please note: The spending amount required to move to a new level is calculated based on your phone
number to ensure a convenient and personalized loyalty program for each customer.
