About Foundation Coffee Roasters
Foundation Coffee Roasters is a specialty roastery based in Poland, originally founded in Ukraine in 2015. Our journey started with a simple goal—to roast great coffee and share it with people who appreciate quality. In 2022, we expanded our operations by opening our own production line in Warsaw, allowing us to deliver freshly roasted coffee to over 100 locations across Europe, including Spain, Portugal, France, and the Netherlands.
Our mission extends beyond crafting excellent coffee; we aim to create meaningful and memorable experiences with every cup. On a daily basis we pay close attention to every detail, from the careful selection of green beans to our precise in-house roasting process.
We never import pre-roasted coffee—everything is done in-house, giving us full control over quality and freshness. We keep evolving, but one thing remains constant - our commitment to excellence.We believe that the courage to pursue perfection is key to creating something truly outstanding—and that’s what sets us apart.
