V60 Recipe by Foundation Coffee Roasters What you need: 18 g of freshly roasted coffee 260 ml of water at 92°C Medium grind, slightly coarser than sugar Pouring process: 1️⃣ 00:00 — Pour 60 g of water and let the coffee bloom. 2️⃣ 00:25 — Add another 50 g of water using circular pouring motions. 3️⃣ 00:50 — Add another 50 g of water, keeping the pour smooth and steady. 4️⃣ 01:15 — Add the next 50 g, maintaining a consistent flow. 5️⃣ 01:40 — Add the final 50 g of water and finish the pour. ⏳ Total brew time: 2:40–2:55 The result — a clean, balanced cup with pronounced sweetness and a deep finish.
