Produced by David and Queena, a couple running the tea farm with their three children, this tea is crafted with a modern approach while respecting a long-standing tradition, as the farm has been passed down through six generations since 1871. Made from freshly picked, tender 1-tip, 2-leaf baby leaves, this Bi Luo Chun tea offers a vibrant cup with flavors of seaweed, young grass, and green beans, followed by a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
