A fully oxidized black tea from the Alishan mountains in Taiwan, produced in Meishan, a biologically rich village in the famous Alishan area. Crafted from the Jin Xuan cultivar, this tea is made by Sheng and Emily, who work together with their family under the guidance of their 90-year-old grandfather. Respecting long-standing family recipes while embracing modern techniques, they have earned several awards and are among the few producers in the region committed to natural tea production. Full-bodied and smooth, this black tea offers a rich taste with natural honey sweetness and a fresh, elegant finish. Thanks to its 100% oxidation and the unique character of the Jin Xuan variety, the tea remains expressive yet refined. The same leaves can be infused up to three times within 24 hours.
