Colombia Tropical Cocktail Coconut, almond milk and passion fruit, with a lingering citrus finish from a 144-hour coconut fermentation and 30 days of sun-drying with lemon peel — the most complex and tropical coffee in the set. All four coffees come from Colombia, where volcanic soils and the cool climate of the Andes produce dense, high-quality beans.
