San German is cultivated in the largest coffee region of Colombia – Huila. The mountainous terrain, significant elevations, and temperature fluctuations between day and night slow down the ripening of the fruits. This gives the coffee an authentic rich and sweet taste. The Colombia San German coffee owes its existence to Luz Andrea Cabrera Lopez, the owner of the San German farm. Her family has been involved in the coffee business for four generations. Additionally, Luz Andrea is part of the "Association of Women in Coffee" program. San German undergoes natural processing. Drying in special patios under the open sky enhances the richness and fermented taste. Taste profile: apple cider, blueberry, kiwi. San German unfolds a palette of flavors from the first sip: intense notes of apple cider transition into a multifaceted blueberry flavor. The taste is complemented by a citrusy acidity.
