This coffee comes from Ambera farm in Pitalito, Huila — one of the most active specialty coffee regions in southern Colombia. The region is nestled between the Andean mountain ranges at approximately 1300–1900 m.a.s.l., where the cooler climate and volcanic soils encourage slow fruit ripening and the development of dense, high-quality coffee.
